Terms of use

The Site describes the products and services we offer. It is an information resource — it is not a shop, it takes no payments, and nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance.

If you engage us, the work itself is governed by the quotation, statement of work, service-level agreement or contract we sign with you. Where those documents and these terms conflict, those documents win.

We take care to keep the Site accurate and current, but specifications, vendor portfolios, availability and pricing change. Nothing here should be relied on as technical or commercial advice for your specific situation — ask us and we will give you an answer that accounts for your environment.

When you submit a form you agree that the information you give is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Do not send us confidential material through these forms; if you need to share something sensitive, ask us and we will arrange a proper channel. How we handle what you send is set out in our privacy policy.

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server it runs on, or any connected system;
• interfere with the Site's operation, including by introducing malicious code or by overloading it;
• submit the forms automatically, at volume, or to send unsolicited commercial messages;
• scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the Site without our written permission.

The Site, its design, text, graphics and code belong to G-LINK Telecom or to our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers any of it to you. You may view and print pages for your own reference or to evaluate working with us; anything beyond that needs our permission.

Vendor names, logos and trade marks shown on the Site belong to their respective owners and appear to identify the portfolios we work with.

The Site may link to websites and services we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content, their availability or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Use them at your own risk, and read their terms.

We aim to keep the Site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law permits, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or continuously available.

To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

This clause is about the Site. Our responsibility for work we actually carry out for you is set out in the agreement covering that work.

We may revise these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date below tells you when it last changed. Where a change is material we will make that clear. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of the Site, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. The courts of Ghana have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim.
